Code of the West/Neighborworks- Homebuyer Workshop

Curious about buying a home? Code of the West Real Estate presents Homebuyer Education classes at SPLD in Walsenburg taught by NeighborWorksSoCo. These CHFA approved Homebuyer Education group classes will help you explore the pros and cons of buying versus renting, as well as understand the true costs of homeownership. They will address budgets, credit and the home buying process, as well as what it takes to succeed as a homeowner. They also satisfy the education requirements that many lenders have. NWSoCo Counselors meet strict continuing education guidelines and adhere to HUD certification requirements. The class is 6 hours long with a break for lunch in the middle. Lunch presented by COTW! All attendees welcome whether working with a COTW agent, and outside agent, or no agent at all. Come learn how homeownership might fit with your plans for the future!
